Medical Disclaimer: Dozeflow is designed for wellness, relaxation, and ambient background listening. It is NOT a medical device, diagnosis tool, or a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or treatment for clinical sleep disorders.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Dozeflow: Sleep Sounds & Relax (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
2. License to Use
Galaxysurface grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dozeflow on compatible Android devices for your personal, non-commercial relaxation and entertainment purposes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All audio recordings, soundscape mixes, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software code within Dozeflow are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App's binaries or sound assets
- Extract, redistribute, or resell the audio samples as standalone tracks
- Create derivative commercial products based on Dozeflow's brand assets
4. Offline Use and Updates
Dozeflow is engineered to function entirely offline once installed. Updates to sound libraries, UI improvements, and bug fixes may be delivered periodically via the Google Play Store.
5. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)
Any optional purchases or subscriptions are processed securely through the Google Play In-App Billing system and are governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service and refund policies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for flawless audio performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted playback on all custom Android firmware variations.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Galaxysurface or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable commercial laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
